Bean Thread Noodles

Sometimes also called Cellophane Noodles, or Glass Noodles these translucent & chewy noodles are great hot or chilled, but can also be deep fried for a crispy treat!
Cooking Instructions:
Soak In Very Hot Tap Water For At Least 5 Minutes, But No More Than 30, Or Until Softened. Boil In Unsalted Water 2-3 Minutes, Tasting For Doneness. Or even pre-dress them in your favorite Only Pans L.A. sauce for a lunch that’s ready to go!
These noodles can also be deep fried. If you fry them, DO NOT pre soak. Just add them dry to 345f oil, & watch them puff. Drain on a paper towel, lightly salt, & serve with your favorite garnishes & sauces.
