WHEAT NOODLES
Cooking Instructions: Cook noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, agitating gently. The will unfold in the water on their own, to not force it or the noodles will fall apart. After they unravel, taste for doneness & strain. You can now either eat them as-is, drizzled with your favorite Only Pans L.A. sauce, or pan-fry (Hint, they love a good amount of oil to keep from sticking. ) They also make great chilled noodles. If you decide to eat them cold, boil them an additional 30 seconds.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Soy Protein, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (Emulsifier), Curcumin (Natural coloring from turmeric.)
Noodles are not made in house but bought wholesale from a fantastic specialty market.
